The current focus is on obtaining clarity as we go through our individual processes with God - drop our own will, answering His calling, trusting Him and submitting to His Will. Why me? Why am I here? Why don’t I feel content with my achievements? What is happening to me? Why does my heart feel so heavy? What is wrong? Yes! we have so many questions, I have been there, I understand what you are going through, and you are not alone. I am by no means an expert and every episode is inspired by the Holy Spirit. Wisdom isn’t just about knowledge, it’s about knowing what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. In Daniel 2:13-19, Daniel faced a life-threatening crisis, yet he didn’t panic. Instead, he applied wisdom and sought understanding from God, which saved not just his life but also the lives of others.
Wisdom Helps You Stay Calm in Crisis, While others reacted in fear to the king’s death sentence, Daniel responded with wisdom and discretion (Daniel 2:14). Instead of being overwhelmed, he sought a solution.
Understanding Opens Doors of Favor. When Daniel approached the king’s guard, his wise and respectful approach granted him access to more time (Daniel 2:16). A wise response can create opportunities!
Wisdom Leads You to Seek God First. Daniel didn’t rush to give an answer, he turned to God in prayer with his friends (Daniel 2:17-18). True wisdom acknowledges that God is the ultimate source of insight.
God Honors Those Who Seek Him. As Daniel and his friends prayed, God revealed the mystery in a vision (Daniel 2:19). When we pursue wisdom through prayer, God grants us divine solutions that others cannot see!
Why Does This Matter?
Wisdom and understanding don’t just help us navigate life’s challenges, they position us for favor, breakthrough, and divine revelation. Daniel’s response teaches us that when we choose wisdom over panic, prayer over fear, and faith over doubt, God steps in with the answers we need.
